Leo's Method Of Integrating Stage Red

@Leo Gura, how would you say you integrated and ultimately transcended Red? My guess would be through pick up but since pick up can be done at so many different stages of the spiral, it's an unsatisfactory answer for me. The only other way I would assume is through meditation, yoga and/or contemplation.
