Kundalini Energy

2 posts in this topic

Hi guys,

Few years ago, I had spontaneous anxiety and feeling, which I resisted very bad because I thought that I was going crazy

I tried few therapy meetings, and the psychologist didn't give me a bright answer for all of this, there wasn't a specific thing for me.

So I've been resisting something very bad since then I don't have inner peace and maybe I don't have active emotions, and also got social anxiety because I knew that something wrong with me...

So 2 weeks ago, I  decided to start meditation because I still feel empty from that feeling (painful and explainable)...So once I did few meditations sessions, I started to notice some energy in my stomach, I knew that it has to deal with emotions so I gave it more attention, and it started to "move" stronger,

I continued with this for more few days, and I saw that my stomach is moving alone in a hard way, and after few days it moved up that I can feel it all the area of my chest and upper stomach...

This is not painful physically, but it's really painful!

I read all of the Kundalini symptoms so I can tell that all of my thoughts and experience in my life, it's the same, and I can really feel that it's a THING.

So I let it be without resist, for about 5 days, and it's very intense feeling, that come and go...

So I came to internet and searched a lot of things about the Kundalini, and it's very similar, I can feel it, but I've been wondering that why my experience started from my stomach and not from my down spine, is that normal?

Also, the energy come from stomach up to chest and like hit something, I don't know if it's a Chakra blockage, or just the Kundalini energy doing it's work.

So if it it's a blockage shouldn't I be involved? I don't have spiritual experience, but some guy said, this is a very intelligent energy and it'll do it's work so just be a witness...and Mooji said energy is dangerous if you try to do things for it...

what thing did you do in your meditation?

don't try to force things, if you do, you'll end up getting the intense feeling of uncomfort.

try to get engrossed in daily activities in order to get balanced and re-grounded.
