Report: realities are kidnapped by higher-order beings and stranded as objects in lower realities. To kidnap a reality means to sunder it from the matrix of ontological law it shared with other universes. Souls are in fact realities unto themselves. The souls of seers and great philosophers are often outsiders because their home matrix were very sparsely populated. Matter is a primal receptacle for the run off of universes, as well as a prison where realities are kidnapped and tortured by beings out of time, forced to forget their cosmic heritage.

Report: monasteries in southeast Asia devoted to enlightenment through pain tolerance. they reason that if a monk can maintain his equanimity in the most excruciating circumstances possible he has effectively overcome the world. monks enter into trance states where they experience being buried alive, submerged in an ocean of worms, drifting through interstellar space, the collapse of their mental faculties, stabbed, burned, drowned in excrement, torn limb from limb, humiliated in front of a favorite relative, betrayed by parents, murdered by a lover, and on and on.

Report: also known as hypnagogic or rhizomatic thought. that particular quality of thinking when one is on the verge of asleep that is not determined by a linear mental causality but according to imagistic feeling-tones. this thought in its Yesodic aspect: in the aspect of dreams and non-linearity. it might be asked in what sense a mental train of thought that has no “sense” can even qualify as thought, but the non-Euclidean could just as well ask the same question from his side, how is it that thought reduced to clear and distinct propositions can ever capture the positive excess of the Real.

>metaphysical hide-and-seek
Report: meta-ontological game played by beings higher up the noetic hierarchies. generally played by angelic entities that “hide” as inconspicuous and yet magically potent objects in the lives of their unsuspecting beneficiaries. examples include a book in an attic unread for years that happens to be turned to a page with some personally significant line that emits white energy into the family egregore, though no one in the household has ever noticed it. manipulating the book in any way would likely dispel the effect. another example might be a music player no longer in use that died during the chorus of a particularly beloved song emitting the same white energy into lives and minds of its targets, although the number of objects that could serve this function is virtually infinite. generally no one is expected to actually “seek” these objects given their beneficial nature, although the need for it becomes paramount when dealing with demonic objects of the same nature.
