Action Plan Thread (relationships)

Yo actualisers. I like many am curious, like Leo has stated, to ground myself in direct experience.  I'm wondering if anyone has a good action plan to follow if they're looking to build a good social life and develop the choice to choose their partner, rather than just meeting someone and settling for someone because of the lack of opportunity. Essentially I want to create a quality relationship with a beautiful girl and make new friends.
