How To Make Love To Your Work?

Somewhere between Earl Nightinggale and David Deida, I learned of a very interesting concept: Make Love to your Work. Essentially, it's the conversion of sexual energy into productive, creative energy for your purpose. I'm a young man, with plenty of sex drive to fuel self-actualization and hustling. I'd love to know of some practical, actionable steps I can take right now to fuel this sort of 'transmutation'. Is there an exercise? Paradigm shift? Am I misunderstanding the concept? I've heard of 'jing' and tantra before but nothing precisely like this. If you have relevant knowledge or experiences, please share.
