Duality within Neutrality

When it comes to our minds.My view is that Duality is within Neutrality.Neutrailty being the in synch (in the moment) consciousness state.Duality is the out of synch (not in the moment) split consciousness state.We can drift between the two either subconsciously or consciously.If we drift subconsciously we have zero control, we don’t even realise it is happening.If we drift consciously then we do have control in so much as we realise when we are not in the moment and therefore can bring ourselves into the moment.We are not duality or neutrality...these are just consciousness states.We are an awareness within differing consciousness states.
