"Kill the Messenger".... a sneaky trick of the ego revealed

If you kill the messenger you don't have to take seriously the implications of their message....

This is something everyone should be aware of.... it's a narrow or broad tactic that the ego uses to dismiss points of view that don't go along with its egoic self agenda or you could say survival tactics.

Essentially it's the opposite of maintaining radical open-mindedness during The Quest For Truth which ultimately ends up being the quest from nowhere to nowhere...

It's much easier for the collective to label something as heresy then to dive deep into its inner workings.

If members of the herd stray, they are easier for predators to pick off. Staying with the group has proved the best way to survive.
