What do you think?

there's a good multivitamin called Performance Lab that promises much better results that synthetic forms of vitamins.

from there site:

Quote

"Multivitamin supplements are designed to help, but many supply inferior isolated and synthetic nutrient forms that are harder for the body to absorb and utilise.

Performance Lab® Whole-Food Multi’s BioGenesis™ vitamins and minerals are different. Grown on cultures under precise lab conditions, they replicate the structure of nutrients grown in nature: Complete with enzymes, probiotics and other cofactors.

Because they are nature-identical, BioGenesis™ nutrients are easier for the body to recognize, absorb and utilize – unlocking the full health- and performance-enhancing power of vitamins and minerals"

or is it preferred to just focus on the vitamins my body seems to lack and get the highest quality version for that??

thanks!
