Question about Lightworkers

I read Leo's blog post, about Lightworkers. It really resonated with me. 

I watched Aaron Doughty's videos about this, and it resonated with me, as well.

It's all resonates with me, that we are infinite spiritual beings, living in this bodies, to experience ascension, all things of these nature...

But I have one issue:

• How do I really know, someone is not pulling this stuff out of their ass? Can I actually experience this, directly for myself?

For example: When Leo makes his videos, when he talks about God/mystical experience, he always says: "Don't listen to me. Maybe I am a criminal, maniac and deluded. If this true, you can experience this for yourself.'

In this lightworker, starseed, infinite spiritual beings, ascension, Aaron Doughty videos-theme, I could not found that...This same thing applies to this? What is the case?
