Since we are on the topic of fear, this is a nice youtube channel.

It is centered around dating for men, but also includes other personal development topics such as emotions, theories, exercises, etc.

This exercise is nice for the second(?) approach for dealing with fear Leo mentions in dealing with fear part 2 episode.

It talks about gradually getting out of your comfort zone, by rating the tension you will feel in a journal, and acting on it.

I would say the channel is nice for guys making the transition from orange into stage green spiral dynamics (the fearless man is GREEN/yellow in my estimation).
