Nithyananda is basically a fraud. There where sex scandals involving him was on air by a tv channel a decade ago. There where many cases like this against him and since Indian court are fucked up he easily got loose. 

Nithyanada case is also complex with politics. As he is a hindu there will be outcry from public if he is put behind bars. He very well manipulates the problems of stage blue and lower.
