I am a newbie in personal develooment and self-help.

My goal is to build up positive habits one-by-one. First habit I choose to develop is: Daily Learning. 

I have questions about studying personal development material. 

- How long should I read daily? 

- How long I should watch personal development audiotapes and videos daily? (Personally, I take notes when I watch personal development videos.) 

- Is reading self-help for 30 minutes and watching self-help videos for 30 minutes per day, enough?

 Also I have a question, about reviewing and internilizing the notes which I took from the material: 

- Should I devote specific amout of time to review my notes, in order to learn and internilize them and apply them properly? 

- How many times I need to review certain concepts to internilize them?
