Journaling can reduce loneliness and help you reclaim your voice.

Leo doesn't want us to submit low-quality threads. He warned that he will ban those who continuously post low-quality threads on a regular basis.

According to Teal Swan's The Anatomy of Loneliness, you feel lonely if parts of you were rejected by people around you.
I felt lonely because the part of me that wants to write low-quality shit posts was blocked here.

I wanted to reconnect to that part of me that wants to write whatever the hell I wanted.

Suddenly, things clicked in my mind. I could write whatever the hell I wanted in my daily journal without worrying about being banned. I'm not going to ban myself from writing my own journal.

It seems that journaling helps you retain connection to the parts of yourself that are not wanted or rejected by people around you.
Reclaim your voice in your journal today.

I write my daily journal entries as text files in folders named after years. For example, /path/to/diary/2019/2019-06-07.txt, /path/to/diary/2019/2019-06-08.txt, ...
You can also write your journal in markdown or any other lightweight markup language.
