Warning: Make sure you are in a safe place when performing this as fear may arrise which must be faced right there. Also, you are totally responsible for anything that happens to you.

Also note: you could pass out and fall so have some pillows to fall on or sit in a lotus position (can be difficult to get lumbar arch of spine however)

Your lumbar spine needs a slight lumbar curve. 

Breathe deep into you lungs and push from the upper lungs deep into the lower lungs and upper belly.

Stretch your belly also by raising your chest up.

You have to push air into your upper stomach at the same time imagine you are trying to pull imwards (two counter forces - implosion)

Imagine this force as trying to stop peeing. 

Notice that to apply this pressure air escapes out your mouth/nose

Lock the mouth by placing the roof on the top of the mouth and tucking the chin (double chin) so that you can keep the air inside your body's air canister.

Hold for 30 seconds.

Exhale and Hold for 7 seconds.
