What you say defines your reality

I went back to my old paradigm for a day to create a comparison. There was a guy in front of me who felt like he wasn’t even real or there. I said to myself this is wrong it shouldn’t be like this. What can I do to make him feel real again ? 

He was a blank state so I began to do the only thing I know what to do- judge. I said to myself this is an Asian with brown skin, he’s nationality is British but probably comes from India. 

This is when I realised we really do create our own reality. The only way brown can mean something is if we attach it with meaning.
