For those of us out there trying to change the world, trying to become really powerful leaders, or even just being frustrated that the people around us don't change, this is really helpful.

In this program, Tony Robbins gives us a clear understanding of what it means to make a change happen in somebody else. He gives a series of steps as long as some tools that really help us make change in any human being, even ourselves. What I like most about it is how much you can adapt his advice to whatever technique you already are using. It gives a structure to the stories you tell, to the subconscious reprogramming techniques you use, etc. If you can't afford to go to one of his Leadership seminars, this is perfect for you. He's been using those techniques himself at his own seminars and it's been working wonders, I've tried them on my sister, and it really worked. I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to create a change.
