Exodus 3:13-14

3 posts in this topic

As a supplement to leo's post, God answered to Moses in the ancient greek orginal text: "ἐγώ εἰμι ὁ ὤν".

A more accurate translation in english that encapsulates the meaning of the greek origianal text would be: "I am/become the One, the One that has Existance".

In ancient greek be and become are identical. Coincidense?

Food for thought.

That text was written in Aramaic/Hebrew. There is no Greek original.
