This first one is a more beginner level video where she eases people into the concept of meditation and gives examples of benefits to the practice (though I will add you puts a slight unique and pleasant spin on it)

Ultimately she leads the listener to the second podcast below. She acts as a stepping stone unto Vinay Gupta and his process / practice to achieve enlightenment. 

I think both are valuable depending on ones level and experience. Both are great listens hence I'm sharing. Maybe someone will learn from and enjoy
