Life purpose impacting other areas of life

Has anyone else found that being on your life purpose has dramatically impacted other areas of your life?

Since I've been consistently working on my purpose:

- Much less resistance towards eating healthy

- Much less resistance towards going to gym

- Meditation sessions more peaceful

- Less social awkwardness/anxiety / more confidence in general

- More carefree (I used to tend to overthink and worry about my life a lot, but now I kind of just glide)

- More optimistic (I used to be very pessimistic and a bit misanthropic about society and the world)

- Less judgmental of people/More compassion (I still judge but not nearly as much as I used to)

And that's just a few things. It really is incredible.
