Meditating for Long Hours

Hey guys, I have a week off school in about a month and I am planning on meditating for multiple hours a day instead of the usual amount of time I meditate, for that entire week. Any tips on how to not fall asleep during it? Is coffee okay to use before meditating? I found meditating immediately after waking up helps but I’m looking for more tips. Thanks guys!
