Headaches

Does anyone get small headaches whilst doing Enlightenment work? I had one the other day, then I went dizzy.. Then for the rest of the day, I was on a high.      Weird!

Your ego is reacting to the changes you're after.

Don't worry about it, keep going. I have similar experiences when i'm about to experience something and soddenly my stomach and belly vibrate furiously, it's perfectly normal.
