The Best Way To Use Affirmations And Visualizations?

Hello, everyone! :D

I have some doubts on how I should make use of these techniques.

Is it better to concentrate on a single issue, like, for example, weight loss, for a long period of time or is it ok to work on multiple ones at the same time? Also, can you switch them up? Like, maybe, you work on 3 today, on 3 different ones tomorrow, 2 different ones again the day after and cicle like that through them? Another thing is: should I do an affirmation and a visualization on the same thing one after another? It seems like a good idea.. In case you agree, which one should I do first, in your opinion?

@Daimon I've been doing this stuff for over 20 years. I have everything I've ever wanted and I am loving wanting more things; relationships, deeper relationships, traveling, experiences, etc. The single most effective practice I've experienced is writing what I want on a piece of paper with a pencil and taping it to the wall in the most common place in my house. Seeing it all the time, everyday. Moving the vision from in the head to in the physical seeable world is powerful. Focusing on it everyday is manifesting. It's not that shit will fall out of superposition unexplainably simply from having focused (though sometimes it will), it's that the focus makes the journey of what's wanted fun, effortless, and a repeating loop of inspiration and satisfaction. 

 IME, affirmations are about acceptance and loving our selves - positive reprogramming. It's important stuff. But, focusing on wanted tends to bring up our inner obstacles, the frustration of how much "can't do it" (doubt and fear) is in us, and that's the way we can know what to let go of. Then we have a  very personal reason, determination, understanding and appreciation of "why do the practices". Doing the practices without a vision of wanted would be so hard I would think most people would say fuck that all together. 

In my opinion, you are unstoppable and can literally do anything. Anything. Evidenced by having already learned to communicate in English. That is far more sophisticated and nuanced than just about anything else you'll want to do. (For now)

Hey, @Nahm ! Thanks for answering me and thanks for your compliment as well. Actually, I'm from Romania but I came here like 7 years ago so I had to learn Italian as well. Anyway, I appreciate you for giving me such a long response, even if it wasn't really what I was expecting. :D I'm about to start journaling and materializing my thoughts so that I can continuously remember myself to stay awake and don't fall into the unconscious hole I fell into so many times since I started this journey. I'm going to create a part for goals as well, obviously, and maybe I'll put it somewhere in my room. ^_^
