Feeling Good Habit

I'm trying to start a habit, the feeling good habit, but i have no idea on how to start it, so with any idea on how to start it, please let me know! I really want to start to feel good!

I want to feel like the time it took a line of cocaine, but without the cocaine, as well as the time i took a rip from the bong, but without the bong, any idea.... any thing will help thank you :)

Please share your ideas!!! it will help me, and other!!! I'm aware of this very much!

Best time to set the precedent is as soon as you wake up because there is little to no emotional momentum built up. You can spend a few minutes practicing active gratitude. (thinking of all the things you are grateful for)  . :)
