Integrating Spirituality Into Everyday Life

I recently had a conversation with a friend about the difference between intellectually understanding spirituality and actually living it.

You can have profound awakenings and understand nonduality, but how does that understanding translate into your everyday life?

For me, it’s increasingly about appreciating existence and living from a place of Love, whether I’m playing tennis, working, studying, spending time with friends and family, or enjoying nature.

I’ve also realized that I don’t need everyone around me to understand spirituality. I can simply love people as they are, without trying to convince them of anything.

And importantly, don’t become attached to the teacher. Leo has shared and shares valuable insights, but the point isn’t to follow him blindly. It’s to think independently and integrate what you find valuable into your own life. “Kill the messenger” as they say or “Don’t confuse the teaching with the teacher”.

I wanted to share a few pictures (could only attach 1 lol) from my life lately, to show what integrating these teachings looks like for me.

And if anyone here would like to connect, feel free to reach out on Instagram: @thevitalfred 😊

I’d love to connect with like-minded people, and have deep convos, maybe meet up, especially if you’re based in Europe:)
