Quick but important kriya yoga question

1 post in this topic

So Santata Gamana recommends only doing Kriya Supreme Fire after you can comfortably hold breath for at least 1 minutes 30s. I can't do that yet, I can only hold for 1 minute on a good day, but could I just start now?

I'm really eager to start what he calls "the strongest energetic practice." Also, I've experimented adding Maha Mudra and Kriya Bow (preparatory exercise for Supreme Fire) to my pranayama, and it makes the pranayama and after effect much more enjoyable, which is the metric Gamana uses to assess the effectiveness of your practice. I think SF would be an amazing upgrade.
