As Bashar, I am not at liberty to give medical advice. But we always suggest starting with a thorough detox. 

Besides that. There is energy work you can do on yourself. Your beliefs may limit you, however. Stay true to your belief system. If you believe you need a healer, one may actually help. Follow your intuition. Take action.

Your physical body is a 3D physical manifestation. A holographic reflection of the beliefs and energy you hold on the inside! When you change your internal definition of yourself, the physical suit must correspond and reflect that shift!
