Yes but it's a mistake that leads to closure. Sure he's enlightened and all that, being enlightened is not so big deal, it's our true nature, it's obvious. What is not so simple is create a map without mistakes that don't lead other people to dead ends. This "self" of Ramana maharshi is a huge mistake that will confuse anyone who reads him trying to understand enlightenment

I agree the words matter, but I don't think in this case for example it creates significant confusion because it's still spoken in quite simple way and made clear that it's not meant as personal self. I think if the teacher speaks from genuine place, has the presence (seems to be able to show in the words even if they're dead, as it affects the wordings and flow of text), then it makes it even more clear what they mean, despite their unique style. If someone is "confused" if enlightened person doesn’t use the most precise language, seems to me they're not perceiving so clearly where teacher is speaking from as they are focused on the words...... I mean if its obvious someone is genuinely at the level they speak, it makes it easier to understand what they mean. It's when people in their ego say "God is imagining everything" that makes me question me what they really mean🤨 But theres always potential to improve the communication still yea

Couldn't help but laugh at the part I marked😂 For you maybe

The point is being open to the unlimited nature of this, not knowing that there is only this

Pointless point.

Why am I totally free?  Because I have understood the unreality of (the) ‘I am’.
