The work of A.H. Almaas has been expanding, humanising, and refining my understanding of spirituality.

I'm currently reading his central work 'The Inner Journey Home' and highly recommend it.

There is also a podcast series in collaboration with the Deep Transformation Podcast that is a great listen alongside it.
