To contemplate this, it's a difference to go about ones inner child seflessly, to be childishly selfish is odd, as I often had to learn to give me ressources to others, but I never saw any appreciation to what I give, only this childish selfishness of "AHHH now it's mine right", I just often say thank you leave and detach, as I am convinced this more mature, you can be kind, but this empathy drive by is extremely manipulative, I hope I don't have these people around me that abuse my citizenships for their benefit and waste my time, while I have better work to do, I am already so distracted it makes no point in doing my work, as I have to little good and strong friendships, as it was just pure egotistical knowledge about practicallity and I am very "light-footed" in that area, I simply test, hypothesis and see what works, and setup a construct or system that works and then refine it, but I faced a lot of jealousy for it, and silent-manipulation, silent treatment and just the issue of stage green not being actually able to embrace diversity, I enjoy integral interactions without demonizing a stage, but I fall prey to doing it if there are very strong rigid patterns, and I am not a very rigid person, at times just unaware, and helping me wake-up is not easy, as I easily overshoot by accident and just break the whole thing, out of innocence that is not my intention that is a distinction

I wish I had more mature people around me, but I was never blessed with that benefitt, and being a rolde model for maturity I never enjoyed it, but my chart indicates it and I hate and despise this attitude of now you deserve it hihi you little clown have some fun, I am a very serious person, and I dismiss such people entirely, they have no self-respect, and project that onto others with their feminity, true grace or divine femine feels different and acts more apporiate with gods intention, that is something I keep being reminded off...

Snippet of my grok convo:

Quote

Got it. So you're seeing a pattern where people who suddenly get money (windfall) get attacked or judged by others who demand some kind of spiritual perfection or "purity" that nobody can actually live up to.

This is actually very common. The moment someone gets visible success or money, especially if it feels "too easy" or "undeserved" to others, it triggers envy and moral superiority in people. The spirituality scene is full of this — people using spiritual language to mask judgment and control.

The aggressive tendencies you're noticing often come from people who feel powerless in their own lives. Instead of dealing with their own frustration, they attack others for not being "enlightened enough" or for having desires (like wanting money).

The core hypocrisy is that many of these same people are secretly desperate for the same windfall, but they can't admit it, so they shame others instead.

Does this match what you saw in the tarot video, or was there something more specific that triggered you?

The counter evidence I find with ChatGPT and some research is insane.

Yes — for cigarette smoking, there actually is an interesting counter-evidence thread, but it leads to a more nuanced conclusion than either “smoking gives oxygen” or “smoking simply removes oxygen.”

The best description is:

Smoking can provoke physiological adaptations intended to increase oxygen-carrying capacity, even though each cigarette acutely interferes with oxygen delivery.

The strongest counter-evidence I found

A particularly relevant 2025 study directly measured total hemoglobin mass and blood volume rather than just looking at a pulse oximeter. It studied 30 young men, including chronic smokers consuming >10 cigarettes/day for at least three years. Smokers had significantly greater total hemoglobin mass, red-cell volume, and total blood volume than nonsmokers.

That is genuinely interesting because total hemoglobin mass is an important determinant of how much oxygen the circulation can potentially transport.

So there is a real biological adaptation something like:

smoke → CO exposure → relative hypoxic signal → adaptation → ↑ red-cell/hemoglobin mass → potentially greater theoretical O₂-carrying machinery.

This resembles one aspect of altitude acclimatization.

But there is an important twist: despite that increased hemoglobin/blood volume, the smokers' peak aerobic running performance was worse. The authors themselves describe cigarette smoking as acutely reducing arterial oxygen content because carbon monoxide occupies hemoglobin.

So smoking seems to be creating the problem and then forcing the body to compensate for the problem.

A larger 230-person study found essentially the same paradox

An older Thorax study compared:

114 nonsmokers

66 light smokers

50 heavy smokers

Smokers in several age/sex groups had increased hemoglobin and/or packed-cell volume. Yet arterial oxygen saturation was generally lower among smokers. The researchers interpreted the increased red-cell mass partly as an erythropoietic response to impaired oxygenation.

This is one of the clearest pieces of evidence for the paradox you're asking about:

more oxygen-carrying infrastructure, but not necessarily more oxygen being delivered.

There's an even larger epidemiological signal

Another epidemiological study found that hemoglobin concentrations increase with cigarette consumption, supporting a dose-response relationship between smoking and increased hemoglobin.

And a study involving 3,000 blood donors, including 373 smokers, also reported meaningful differences in hemoglobin and hematocrit between smokers and nonsmokers.

So the increase in hemoglobin isn't merely an observation from a handful of people.

But here's the really important distinction

There are at least four different things that can all get called “oxygen”:

1. PaO₂ = oxygen physically dissolved in plasma.

2. SpO₂/SaO₂ = percentage saturation of hemoglobin.

3. Arterial oxygen content (CaO₂) = actual amount of usable oxygen carried by blood.

4. Tissue pO₂ / oxygen delivery = oxygen actually reaching your cells.

Smoking can affect these differently.

Carbon monoxide binds hemoglobin much more strongly than oxygen. That produces carboxyhemoglobin (COHb). Smokers consequently carry substantially more COHb than nonsmokers.

Therefore you can theoretically have something like:

PaO₂ = normal
pulse oximeter = 97–99%
but usable oxygen-carrying capacity = reduced.

That's because ordinary two-wavelength pulse oximeters can't reliably distinguish oxyhemoglobin from carboxyhemoglobin. In CO exposure, pulse oximetry can therefore look reassuringly high despite impaired oxygen transport.

So if somebody says:

“My oxygen actually goes up after smoking.”

and they're looking at a finger pulse oximeter, that observation could be genuine as a device reading without representing increased usable oxygen delivery.

That's a very important distinction.

There is one particularly interesting nicotine finding

I also found an experiment that helps disentangle nicotine itself from cigarette smoke.

Researchers examined smokers and ex-smokers and compared nicotine administration with cigarette smoking.

Intravenous 1 mg nicotine actually produced a marginal increase in skin blood flow and tissue oxygen.

But smoking the cigarette itself produced the opposite effect: it distinctly decreased tissue blood flow, tissue oxygen tension, and aerobic metabolism.

That's fascinating because it means some of the subjective physiological effects people attribute to smoking may arise from nicotinic stimulation, while combustion products—especially CO—push oxygen physiology in the opposite direction.

So:

nicotine ≠ cigarette smoke.

And carbon monoxide itself has a strange “hormetic” research literature

This is probably the deepest counter-evidence I found.

Researchers are actually investigating controlled, very-low-dose carbon monoxide exposure as something analogous to hypoxic/altitude training.

The reason is that creating a temporary oxygen deficit may stimulate:

CO → temporary functional hypoxia → EPO signalling → red-cell production → ↑ total hemoglobin mass

A 2024 scientific review specifically evaluated whether intermittent low-dose CO exposure might increase total hemoglobin mass and endurance capacity. It concluded that the idea has physiological and experimental support, but evidence remains limited and important safety questions remain.

A small experimental training study even reported that four weeks of controlled CO inhalation combined with exercise increased total hemoglobin and VO₂max/running economy.

Another 2024 review examining CO as a potential endurance aid found some evidence for increased EPO, hemoglobin mass and aerobic adaptation, but emphasized that the human evidence is small and inconsistent.

This is probably the biological phenomenon closest to the idea you had.

But notice what's happening:

CO isn't supplying oxygen.

It's temporarily doing the opposite.

The body senses that deficit and subsequently attempts to increase its capacity to carry oxygen.

It's somewhat analogous to altitude training:

Low oxygen stimulus → adaptive response → increased oxygen-transport machinery.

And cigarette smokers appear to show part of that adaptation

The new 2025 smoker study is especially interesting for exactly this reason.

Smokers:

↑ hemoglobin mass
↑ red-cell volume
↑ total blood volume

but simultaneously:

COHb ↑
acute arterial O₂ content ↓
peak running speed ↓.

So I wouldn't describe cigarettes as giving more oxygen.

I'd describe them as producing a chronic hypoxic stress that can make the body construct additional oxygen-carrying capacity in compensation.

That is a much more defensible claim scientifically.

Traditional medicine adds another layer

I also looked into traditional tobacco medicine rather than dismissing it automatically.

There genuinely are long-standing medicinal traditions involving tobacco. Ethnographic research among Amazonian healers describes tobacco as one of their central medicinal plants, used within an elaborate healing system. Some healers describe it as strengthening, cleansing or regulating the organism.

Historically, European medicine also prescribed tobacco for conditions ranging from respiratory complaints to pain and other illnesses.

However, I couldn't find convincing traditional or modern clinical evidence demonstrating that tobacco smoke directly increases oxygenation. The traditional claims generally concern cleansing, spiritual effects, nervous-system effects, purging, antimicrobial properties, or other therapeutic concepts—not measured PaO₂/tissue oxygen.

And those ethnomedical traditions should not be equated with modern daily cigarette smoking; dose, tobacco species, preparation, frequency, intention and route can all differ substantially.

So the surprising answer is

There is a grain of physiology behind the intuition:

Cigarette smoke does not supply extra oxygen.

But repeated exposure can apparently stimulate the body to develop more hemoglobin/red-cell/blood-volume capacity, probably at least partly because CO repeatedly creates a relative oxygen deficit.

I'd represent it like this:

Cigarette
→ CO enters blood
→ COHb ↑
→ usable O₂ transport temporarily ↓
→ relative tissue hypoxic stimulus
→ compensatory erythropoiesis
→ hemoglobin mass/red-cell volume ↑
→ theoretical oxygen-carrying reserve ↑

BUT

cigarette
→ CO + combustion toxins + vascular effects
→ tissue perfusion/O₂ delivery ↓
→ exercise performance generally ↓.

So the adaptation is real; the net oxygen benefit is not.

And the 2025 hemoglobin-mass paper is probably the most interesting piece of counter-evidence I've found for your hypothesis, because it measured an actual physiological adaptation rather than simply comparing pulse-oximeter numbers.

If you want, I can go one level deeper into the CO → HIF-1α → EPO → erythropoiesis → mitochondrial adaptation pathway, because that gets quite close to explaining why something that reduces oxygen acutely can paradoxically increase the body's oxygen-handling machinery chronically.

What about vaping in this case?

Yes — and this is where vaping differs quite sharply from cigarette smoking.

Assuming you mean a nicotine e-cigarette, vaping largely removes the carbon-monoxide mechanism we were discussing. A 2024 human comparison found that, unlike combustible cigarettes, e-cigarette use did not significantly raise exhaled CO or carboxyhemoglobin (COHb).

So the cigarette pathway:

cigarette → CO → COHb ↑ → functional hypoxia → compensatory erythropoiesis/Hb ↑

is largely absent with normal vaping.

Does vaping therefore give you more oxygen?

Compared with continuing to smoke cigarettes, effectively, it can—because hemoglobin is no longer being occupied by nearly as much carbon monoxide.

That's different from saying the vape itself adds oxygen.

Think of it this way:

Cigarette
→ oxygen available in lungs
→ CO competes for hemoglobin
→ less functional Hb available for O₂

Vape
→ oxygen available in lungs
→ very little/no combustion-derived CO
→ much less Hb blocked by CO
→ more of your existing hemoglobin remains available for O₂

So someone who completely switches from smoking to vaping could experience an improvement in effective blood oxygen transport even though vaping itself isn't supplying oxygen.

But vaping can still transiently interfere with oxygenation

This was surprising when researchers directly measured it.

A randomized clinical experiment with high-wattage vaping found evidence of transient tissue hypoxia and lower-airway effects, even though there wasn't cigarette-like CO exposure.

Another experiment in regular e-cigarette users found that acute vaping—both with and without nicotine—slightly reduced transcutaneous oxygen tension. The investigators thought this was probably caused by temporary disturbances in pulmonary gas exchange rather than CO.

And in a small randomized study of smokers with cardiovascular disease, 60-W high-wattage vaping reduced arterial oxygen partial pressure, peripheral oxygen saturation and tissue oxygen tension compared with sham vaping. The authors proposed ventilation/perfusion mismatch as an explanation.

So vaping doesn't seem to be completely neutral with respect to oxygen.

Nicotine creates another effect

Nicotine primarily acts on the cardiovascular system rather than oxygen-carrying hemoglobin.

A randomized crossover trial of 25 people found that nicotine-containing vaping increased heart rate and blood pressure, increased arterial stiffness and impaired endothelial-dependent vasodilation. Nicotine-free vaping did not produce most of those effects under those experimental conditions.

That's relevant because:

nicotine → sympathetic activation → HR ↑ + BP ↑ + vasoconstriction

can mean tissues have a greater oxygen demand while local blood flow may become less favorable.

So nicotine may make you feel activated, alert and energized without actually increasing oxygen availability.

What about the "altitude-training" adaptation?

This is where vaping is much less convincing than cigarettes.

With cigarettes there's substantial population evidence that smokers have somewhat higher hemoglobin/hematocrit, consistent partly with chronic CO-related hypoxic stress. One large cohort included 16,254 adults, with smoking intensity associated with increases in hemoglobin and hematocrit.

For vaping, I could not find anything remotely comparable—no 5,000-, 10,000-, or 20,000-person cohort showing:

vaping → chronic mild hypoxia → EPO ↑ → Hb mass ↑ → superior O₂ capacity.

There are some odd exceptions.

A 2019 case report described polycythemia associated with e-cigarette use that disappeared after stopping vaping.

And a 2026 case report described another patient with erythrocytosis that resolved after e-cigarette cessation.

Those are interesting because they suggest that under some circumstances vaping might generate enough hypoxic/physiological stress to stimulate red-cell production.

But two case reports are radically weaker evidence than a population cohort. They also don't establish that the red-cell increase is beneficial.

So I'd compare them this way

EffectCigaretteNicotine vape

Carbon monoxideHighVery low/none normally

Carboxyhemoglobin↑ substantiallyLittle/no increase

Usable Hb immediately↓Much less affected

Chronic compensatory Hb riseWell documentedWeak/rare evidence

Acute tissue oxygen impairmentYesCan occur

Acute vascular dysfunctionYesCan occur

Nicotine stimulationYesYes

Provides actual extra oxygenNoNo

There's therefore an interesting paradox.

If someone currently smokes cigarettes and completely substitutes vaping, their oxygen physiology will probably move in a favorable direction mainly because they're removing carbon monoxide, not because vaping improves oxygenation.

But if a nonsmoker begins vaping in order to improve oxygenation, the evidence goes the other way: there's no demonstrated oxygen benefit, while some controlled experiments show temporary gas-exchange, tissue-oxygen and vascular impairment.

And this actually clarifies our earlier discussion nicely: the higher hemoglobin seen in cigarette smokers shouldn't really be thought of as a hidden health benefit. It's closer to the body buying extra delivery trucks because some of the existing trucks have repeatedly been disabled by carbon monoxide.

If you're interested in the beneficial version of that adaptation, exercise, altitude/hypoxic training, and possibly certain breathing protocols are much more interesting to examine, because they can induce parts of the HIF/EPO/mitochondrial adaptation without exposing the lungs to cigarette smoke.

can vaping nicotine hence cause this skin-conductivity thing?

Yes. If by the “skin-conductivity thing” you mean skin conductance / electrodermal activity (EDA/GSR), nicotine vaping can plausibly increase it.

Skin conductance mainly rises when the sympathetic nervous system activates sweat glands. Even tiny amounts of sweat—far below what you would notice as sweating—make the skin conduct electricity better.

Nicotine vaping activates that same sympathetic/arousal system. In a human study comparing cigarettes with e-cigarettes, skin sympathetic nerve activity increased by about 72% after e-cigarette use, very similar to the increase after cigarette smoking. Other controlled e-cigarette studies likewise find nicotine-containing vaping shifts autonomic activity toward sympathetic activation and raises heart rate and blood pressure.

So the pathway would roughly be:

nicotine vape → nicotinic acetylcholine receptors → adrenaline/noradrenaline + sympathetic activation → sweat-gland activity ↑ → moisture/ions at skin surface ↑ → electrical resistance ↓ → skin conductance ↑

There is also direct older experimental evidence that small doses of nicotine alter skin conductance, and a study of 115 smokers specifically used skin-conductance responses to measure the physiological effects of acute nicotine.

One neat distinction from our oxygen discussion is that this effect doesn't require carbon monoxide at all. A nicotine vape could therefore give you:

↑ skin conductance
↑ sympathetic arousal
↑ heart rate
↑ blood pressure

while having virtually none of the cigarette-specific CO → carboxyhemoglobin → hypoxic compensation pathway.

And if you're thinking of something you personally notice—such as your fingers seeming more electrically conductive, warmer/colder, clammy, or a wearable's EDA reading jumping after vaping—that would be physiologically quite plausible. The EDA increase would primarily reflect autonomic/sweat-gland activity, though, rather than increased oxygenation.

If you meant skin conductivity in relation to grounding/electric current through the body rather than GSR/EDA, that's a slightly different phenomenon and I can explain that connection too.

Got it. You don’t want to become the clean, pure, “goodie-two-shoes” version of yourself that feels fake or tyrannical.

That’s fair. A lot of people who go hard into health and spirituality end up rigid, judgmental, and disconnected from their own messier side. You already know that version of purity can become its own kind of cage, and you don’t want to live there.

So we don’t have to aim for perfect abstinence or some pure lifestyle. The goal isn’t to turn you into the health freak you dislike.

The real question is simpler:

How do you keep the break, the dopamine, the non-performative space that the cigarette currently gives you… without letting the habit slowly take more than it gives?

You can stay messy, eccentric, and human. You just don’t have to keep paying the full price of daily smoking to do it.

Would you rather we design a version that still lets you smoke when you actually need that break, but with clearer limits so it stays a tool instead of the default?

Using A.I also for better decision making it all still depends on degress of Truthfulness, Honesty and consciousness as well as self-awarness
