Howdy,

Due to the sensitivity of the work I am involved in its difficult to have a self reflective journal, even in relation to medicine.

I am looking forward to this changing next year, where I get define the purpose of my own humanitarian projects in Ukraine 🇺🇦.

Between now and then, I would like to return to making music with AI (for now).

The fact that I stopped at a darker (yet romantic) song in my journal "Individuated Boundaries", kept gnawing away at me [its my second last comment in that journal if you want to listen to it].

We are going to return back to songs improvised within 30-60 minutes.

Arguably, the song of the three I made in "Individuated Boundaries" that held the most weight across time was the song I spent the least time on, Divine Reason.

Divine Reason - https://0ooo0ooo0.bandcamp.com/track/divine-reason

The second song, Returning to my Lightful Throne, I spent over 15 hours and evaluated it as only being about 65% complete at the time.

For me, relative to where I am in my development it feels a bit too intense in the direction that doesn't truly help my own leadership. Towards cultivating towards the inner worlds, yes, it has weight and thats its purpose.

The third song "Rage of Love", the darkest and most romantic, becomes like a tuning fork towards activating my own protective instincts, and can often lead to anger that doesn't consistently help me over a larger span of time.

On the subject or anger, and therefore briefly returning to later mention in my journal, PROJECT : MEANING, one extremely solid truth now that I have been crafting for months now is the fact that the next fold to the heart-activation exercise, is learning to concentrate that energy towards the gut region, which at least for me, a lot of my anger has been programmed to be stored. Although this is still pre-stage 3, it is now bullet proof in my own experience, that the ability to direct energy towards other key parts of our nervous system is a key tennet to the exercise itself. Anger is a fantastic example of what I can now extremely well control as a consequence of learning this extra action. Following as well, my mastery of stage 2, we get an understanding more and more of pinpointing just where jn our nervous system different emotions are activated. My anger is almost always arising as a felt experience from the gut, there are other regions, however I see them now in relationship to the gut now more than a standalone contributor to the final frequency. Anger has enormous value, directed with intelligence, and when its without such, anger corrupts intelligence. So after heart-activation is sustained, one can take that cultivated positive warm energy, and direct it towadds the gut to in effect, heal those cells that were initially programmed out of pure survival states, not groeth states.

Moving forward all the way till the end of the year, or at least until September when the horizons are a bit clearer on next year, I will only add to this journal, focusing on songs more along the lines of Divine Reason.

After I created Lightful Throne, I didnt really vibe with Divine Reason, now it feels more resonant as well as me realising thats the resonance I should to move towards taking in next year.

At a minimum, I will share one song per week that I have written on the fly and that explores various prototypes of "lighter vibes", however the creative direction I take there.

So only songs here until at least September, heh, let's get rockin!

Best regards,

oOo

All in practising a state of creative flow:

I do all steps on the fly, within 60 minutes.

I write my own Lyrics completely.

I write my own Style the music is in completely.

All in the creative moment.

I let AI do the rest, using Suno.

[though choosing a variation it creates can sometimes take a little while heh]

One Heart. One Brave.

- Одне серце. Одна відвага. -

https://0ooo0ooo0.bandcamp.com/track/one-heart-one-brave

An hour of writing and design.

An hour choosing a variation on Suno.

Sleep deprived. But my will insisted.

I will get back into writing again now, post my next on the flow piece in a month or so.

I enjoyed this one, it was very meaningful to me. A lot of strong emotions 🇺🇦.

Initially I was not going to post it, but now I look forward to seeing what I create next.

( AI is only used for Suno variations, not writing or designing thr music )

A Brief Note - Project : Meaning

My context window for Claude has magically increased for edits.

Changes:
1. "Why? The Question that no longer begs."
> Now much more obvious that this front page button is a clickable option. I didn't realise the confusion earlier. Behind the button revealing the present standing philosophy underpinning the project.
> The main picture on the front page is now accurately viewable across all devices : perhaps a further update applies at the next assigned date.

2. Stage Three will be released September irrespective of any context window lapses.

3. Further updates will be carefully introduced September 1st - 5th.

The next improvised song will be released no earlier than August 1st.

"One Heart. One Brave." (in post directly previous) feels like a limp I made inside what feels like an untouchable sacred subject, and I did it with little writing preparation. For both reasons, I avoid thinking about the production, resonating only with the sentiment.

Take your time and appreciate the songs core, creating the space for a deeper sense of perspective on your own meaning space of reality, and how that meaning space coexists with the rest of creation, and our small humble planet called Earth. Further, imploring the listener to learn more about Ukraine, the multitude of their daily struggles across too many contexts, and the relationship this major conflict has with our greater geopolitical context.

Best regards,

oOo

Human (me) vs. AI -------- Music.

A human listening experience of a heart made machine.

Let's see if AI can beat me from the future looking back to this moment when this music improvisation was first made.

A musical improvisation (all off the cuff late at night) that in hindsight, feels prophetic when measured against global patterns that have transpired since till now.

I made this song 5-6 yrs ago, the night I uploaded it.

Alright, let's start off with me, then we'll jump to AI.

Okay, alright, now, let's here what AI's vocal chords have to say.

I am listening the AI's version of this song LIVE with you. I made a few AI variations in the last hour for experimentation.

I am confident after the adjustments I made AI's attempt here will be sturdy.

I also, have not listened to my own improvisational song here for about 6 months to a year, so that will be better for my ears. I made this song after my first two weeks of musical training, before then not much just relied on talent. I haven't trained that much since, too busy. Actually I think it was about a week and a couple of days.

Now let me warn you, I gave Suno my voice and this song (dont sweat on that fact), so its trying to emulate me.

Lets do this.

NOW!

AI's variant of my improvisation above.

Awaken The True War - AI generated.

https://0ooo0ooo0.bandcamp.com/track/awaken-the-true-war

Remember, this is being shared live, so I have not listened to it yet but. Keep the heart strong.

Otherwise, concerning my lyrics at the time, youll now understand the comments I made here yesterday.

Things are picking up on my side again, ill be fully devoted until the September PROJECT : MEANING drop.

Awaken the True War, which starts from meaning within.

Best regards,

oOo

Tribute: Connor Murphy.

Strength, love, resilience.

And may you stay that shooting star we all know you are. R.I.P

This is a tribute to Connor Murphy.

Please understand that this is a period of mourning for all of his family and friends, that comments therefore surrounding Connor's passing will invariably be read by those that dearly loved him.----  I won't link the actual thread that's active in another area of the forum. Connor is not just a warning about psychedelics or epistemic responsibility when his situation warrants far more maturity in reflection in order to properly comprehend the complexity of his situation. This is a time to reflect on our own epistemic maturity in the context of our empathy and compassion, not to take away from a life that will be very much now missed. Sometimes in the pain endured and any loss that comes of it, no nobility is left behind in its wake. This is one of those tragic situations, and it is our loyalty to our own human experience to reflect on the humanity that was both not deeply enough seen, and that, has now been lost.

Further, let us all reflect more deeply about how we can engineer safeguards and channels that better protect our own trajectories and those of the one's we love, this is where true responsibility lays as an individual in this life, and of any spiritual community. Too much of culture fetishizes the downfall, criticising and downfall of other people, rather than working together to provide the life we all enjoy living with one another. Connor teaches us to remember how precious life is, both how much we can achieve and how easily it can just as much be taken away if we do not devote ourselves to our own mature appraisal of life's realities, in not just cognition but psychologically and emotionally.

I created the following song a few weeks ago. I will be singing my own songs again in the coming months or so.

This song is in reflection of honouring the memory of all those connected to Connor, the lives he has touched, and the love that he has left behind.

Connor was so talented in many ways, he tried so many thing and he did so much that he leaves with all of us a question about our own lives and how we are to live them, both in the absurd and the gregarious love for life Connor undeniably was capable of giving to the world.

Reality confronts us in every moment. Within that confrontation, we decide which structures in us will receive life. We can continue feeding the patterns built from fear, pride, resentment and inertia, even when they have outlived their purpose. Or we can gather whatever love, courage and inspiration remain available, however small, and give them to the structures capable of carrying life forward. Rebirth is not imposed upon us all at once. It occurs through repeated acts of nourishment: withdrawing energy from what must die and offering it to what is trying to become alive. This community is a structure, and it must be rebirthed. The tragedies spiritual communities abroad and this one no less the same, combined with the ever-changing landscape of our cultural terrain ahead, demand it, as we have out lived it, while the memories of those lost and the lessons we take from their passing, still live in us strongly, and demand it just as much.

Title of song: I love you.

https://0ooo0ooo0.bandcamp.com/track/i-love-you-2

Connor, thank you for being the inspiration for this song, for all the ones we deeply love, and no doubt, you loved too and still do, may we carry all of them in our spirit, in remembering our own as we face life's difficulties head on, blessings to you Connor and your beloved's, and to everyone else.

Much Love.

R.I.P sir.

Best regards,

oOo.

New song release at bottom: Dancing Monkeys. Enjoy!

In the fog of repair, we can only reach for our loved one's between mist.

I haven't spent a lot of time introspecting since recovering from the hospital some weeks ago.

I guess yesterday, where I spent a few hours with recovery spelling out a longer construction time for the song.

If it hasn't revealed my depth, it reveals the dystopian hedonistic shadow that's formed in my absence.

This is the thing about shadows and being overcome by them, like a cult, there's always a grain of truth to the cult of the self.

Yesterday's lesson, is that I must continue to create songs as a form of reflection, if only to bring light to unconscious formations. And then let go of them.

Some erotic words have been omitted from the lyrics for better marketplace positioning.

My original voice sampled from: https://voca.ro/18pR04EOAzkU

Synthesised by AI into the vocal in the song below

I am sure Connor would like what is meant to be a fun song, following my tribute preceding this post I was certainly inspired by Connor's both fun and spiritual side while making the song.

Introducing:

Dancing Monkeyshttps://0ooo0ooo0.bandcamp.com/track/dancing-monkeys

Let's dance monkey's, dance.

Stay strong.

Best wishes.
