MUSIC (Creative Flow)

1 post in this topic

Howdy,

Due to the sensitivity of the work I am involved in its difficult to have a self reflective journal, even in relation to medicine.

I am looking forward to this changing next year, where I get define the purpose of my own humanitarian projects in Ukraine 🇺🇦.

Between now and then, I would like to return to making music with AI (for now).

The fact that I stopped at a darker (yet romantic) song in my journal "Individuated Boundaries", kept gnawing away at me [its my second last comment in that journal if you want to listen to it].

We are going to return back to songs improvised within 30-60 minutes.

Arguably, the song of the three I made in "Individuated Boundaries" that held the most weight across time was the song I spent the least time on, Divine Reason.

Divine Reason - https://0ooo0ooo0.bandcamp.com/track/divine-reason

The second song, Returning to my Lightful Throne, I spent over 15 hours and evaluated it as only being about 65% complete at the time.

For me, relative to where I am in my development it feels a bit too intense in the direction that doesn't truly help my own leadership. Towards cultivating towards the inner worlds, yes, it has weight and thats its purpose.

The third song "Rage of Love", the darkest and most romantic, becomes like a tuning fork towards activating my own protective instincts, and can often lead to anger that doesn't consistently help me over a larger span of time.

On the subject or anger, and therefore briefly returning to later mention in my journal, PROJECT : MEANING, one extremely solid truth now that I have been crafting for months now is the fact that the next fold to the heart-activation exercise, is learning to concentrate that energy towards the gut region, which at least for me, a lot of my anger has been programmed to be stored. Although this is still pre-stage 3, it is now bullet proof in my own experience, that the ability to direct energy towards other key parts of our nervous system is a key tennet to the exercise itself. Anger is a fantastic example of what I can now extremely well control as a consequence of learning this extra action. Following as well, my mastery of stage 2, we get an understanding more and more of pinpointing just where jn our nervous system different emotions are activated. My anger is almost always arising as a felt experience from the gut, there are other regions, however I see them now in relationship to the gut now more than a standalone contributor to the final frequency. Anger has enormous value, directed with intelligence, and when its without such, anger corrupts intelligence. So after heart-activation is sustained, one can take that cultivated positive warm energy, and direct it towadds the gut to in effect, heal those cells that were initially programmed out of pure survival states, not groeth states.

Moving forward all the way till the end of the year, or at least until September when the horizons are a bit clearer on next year, I will only add to this journal, focusing on songs more along the lines of Divine Reason.

After I created Lightful Throne, I didnt really vibe with Divine Reason, now it feels more resonant as well as me realising thats the resonance I should to move towards taking in next year.

At a minimum, I will share one song per week that I have written on the fly and that explores various prototypes of "lighter vibes", however the creative direction I take there.

So only songs here until at least September, heh, let's get rockin!

Best regards,

oOo

All in practising a state of creative flow:

I do all steps on the fly, within 60 minutes.

I write my own Lyrics completely.

I write my own Style the music is in completely.

All in the creative moment.

I let AI do the rest, using Suno.

[though choosing a variation it creates can sometimes take a little while heh]
