Realize the mechanism

Consciousness has no viable transcription system within itself which can capture the entire Truth.

Easy to forget how touchy the ego is.

You may have the foundation and framework for understanding consciousness, & the only obstacle to active recognition may simply be an upset mood or 'grasping' desire in the present awareness. 

This is because ordinary state of consciousness is 'filtered' through ego, leaving awareness susceptible to getting caught up in traps, deceptions, and misunderstandings of Conscious Truth.

I assume most of us live from a relatively stable baseline state. The psychedelic can quickly show you that other states of awareness are not only possible, but may have superiority in grasping the Nature of Existence.
