After unlocking, I will work to propose changes once per week and update it once a month from here.

In the meantime, I have added the technique taught from https://www.heartmath.com/ .

It is an excellent technique that began a large part of the work I have generated.

For this reason I have decided to share it early combined with the fact that it’s also a fantastic introductory lesson. The introductory technique itself will expand to more nuances by the stated time in which it unlocks.

The voiceover you hear will improve overtime as voices get better haha, otherwise you have the option of turning it off after learning a technique.

I will master the art of adding theory overtime, right now however it’s without a doubt a mastery in progress.

With the ending of the journal Stage Coral and before heading to bed, I have decided to stake my claim a little further on my newly stated stance there by embracing my greater altruistic side with the stated deeper faith in life by going even deeper with this project by seeing how good I can make it over the whole year.

I purely want to just learn to be empowered by moving forward as much as possible with the deepest intrinsic essence of who I am irrespective of the rest of the world, because as much as it is a faith in life, it’s a faith in oneself and feeling in alignment with what that means in action.

And the project will remain anonymous, so feel free to use the resources how you like. I don’t need credit. I need my project to translate well from stated aim to desired outcome.

That said, I dont want to be a hypocrite, so I am holding myself accountable.

I was a bit lazy in my reasoning just above.

Thus, to everyone at large, I thought of a simple solution heading to bed yesterday. 

I just have to break up the project into smaller parts, having Claude code create one part at a time followed by me manually joining them up at the end directly into the html.

I am new to all this needless to say heh.

That said, although Stage 2 is all ready to assimilate now, luxury items like perfectly synced timers and sounds, will now, I promise, be made available May 1st for those that would like to stay purely on site.

Otherwise, to everyone please take the time to reflect before posting on my journal. I did initially request for no comments, however I am open minded if the comment is carefully thought out and you've done your research. Then its a win-win for the both of us. For those truly struggling, once a week I will make myself available via private messenger.

I think lounging around during my sick period (lots of yucky stuff you wouldnt want to hear about) made me a little lax other than just cognitively weaker. Well, I am at 80 percent plus now, and with that expect my writing to naturally return back to normal 😜. I think I can actually reach a new level of self mastery overall as well too, so higher creativity, etc too following the training outcomes of PROJECT : MEANING with self regulation and self alignment being some of those.

CHECKLIST 3 OF 3:

I have figured out a much more stable solution here.

Given the potential problems inherent with generating a new checklist for ensuing week to week adaptations, emotional salience, emotion to cognitive connectedness is what will be the sole read of the check list.

This protects from my fears (I.e. people applying my cognitive outcomes prematurely then experiencing dissociation say resulting), while also heavily solidifying a baseline signal that gives the confidence for an initiate to test out whatever psychological adaptations the wish to following increasingly higher emotion-cognition connectedness check-list based scores overtime.

Thus, by the end of today, we will have three completed check-lists that will undergo week to week improvement relative to advancement in experiential insight.

1. CHECKLIST - Stage one post-training session user analysis and first-hand scoring 

2. CHECKLIST - Stage two post-training session user analysis and first-hand scoring

3. CHECKLIST - For both stage one and two, hours to long-term post-session analysis of changes overtime, including self-observed patterns, complementary to ongoing rating of emotional salience with psychological experience (balanced emotion to cognition connectedness) minus any negative self-symptamology outside training, like pre-existing difficulties someone has from rumination to depression to cynicism, and including too, how those symptoms change overtime following consistent training.

RE-ALIGNMENTS:

No one wants to work through at least 45 questions at the beginning.

Thus checklist 2 and 3 will be presented consecutively, and updated in this proceeding order accordingly.

We'll arrive at 3 completed checklists for beginners, and one master check-list for the more advanced.

I am still deciding on the check-list that integrates the lessons stages one and two, and whether it is to simply be a part of or before check-list three.

Future stages are not needed yet. The power of stages one and two need to be continually reinforced as real, tangible and achievable.

 

UPDATE TO WRITING ON HOSTING SITE BELOW:

  • Some changes to the writing on the site, recalling that all of my work, notes and theorisations were translated into AI during my sick period. Originally them, about 75%of the site was translated into AI with only about 25% being solely my own words. Now its about 50 : 50 and I will reduce that down more as time arises.
  1. A major change i want to emphasise is the following. Initially, the AI translated incorrectly about not consciously extending the signature achieved when heart activation was made salient. This is incorrect, and it has been rerouted toward coordinated unforced conscious effort as follows, among other things, this is also a major caveat to heart-math's (heart math dot com) original work on their techniques. They haven't extended their methodology further than whats originally presented, where they share better ways to establish permanent and long lasting change. This is for reasons I have no knowledge about. Irrsspectively, its a hole that will and already is being filled by PROJECT : MEANING.

Extremely briefly:

In the presence of anger, I get very good results by combining the Stage One technique with Ho'oponopono.

With one minor but significant revision applied, "I'm sorry", "please forgive me", "thank you", "I love you", is applied to planet earth, and I only make it about my relationship to planet earth; anything else is a distraction for me.

It works extremely well, for me.

This will and minor adaptations like this, at least for all of this year, not be added to the site. I want minimal clutter site wise, maximum fluidity between comprehension to action.

As such, the journal will be made "LOCKED" to preserve content up until this date and this date alone.

Nevertheless, I have endeavoured to spend the last 30 minutes or so with what little time I have to create this little pocket book version of the promised elaboration on one of the newly named concepts for PROJECT : MEANING, Meaning Drift.

This pocket book entry on Meaning Drift is given this name for a reason, the terrain extends further than the horizon provided.

My forum activity including online status will also cease until September.

Meaning Drift: Where mind battles with the heart's truest entry.

Meaning does not stay true just because the same word, symbol, mission, insight, vow or explanation remains.

A person can keep saying the same thing while the original intention has shifted from its original poetry, reflective of the hearts truest intent.

This is a core area of Meaning Drift.

Meaning Drift occurs when a living meaning loses fidelity as it moves through body-state, emotion, memory, imagination, language, audience, identity, repetition, time, and conduct. We get angry (see post just above), we have hidden unprocessed emotions that need reprocessing through vipassa like exercises that I too instruct, if that is not already natural to you while doing stage one and two, to implement till aligned with their, overtime as you get better, dual implementation. But start small. Start at Stage One.

Meaning forms its own language, but these tectonic shifts from emotion to influence to covert ideological overlap, can be the silent earth quakes that create Meaning Driftm a shift away from true heart-mind-action alignment. Us being a part of the digital zombie generation, even if we are only affiliated by codependent relationship with a related drug addict, politely enabling while calmly signalling to a better path to avoid youtube, social media, etc as much as one can help it, we are fully aware of how much it can take us off track as opposed to just being a short spell of laziness.

  • The word of our meaning remains, but the energy towards it weakens.
  • The symbol even remains, though the tonality has taken on a hidden pigmentation.
  • The mission remains, however the motive now is coupled with a hidden parallel environment.
  • The insight remains, but irrespectively, the embodiment evaporates into someone stepping into a former shadow of their own embodiment which feels however slightly, mpre performative.
  • Even when explanation for the Why and the greater purpose of what we are doing remains, behaviour suddenly does not feel as attuned or meticulous with time benchmarks, or at the very least, the end of the day feels slightly... heavier.

This is why PROJECT : MEANING treats meaning as something living, trainable, measurable, correctable and protectable. Not merely something we think, say, believe, repeat or perform like an actor on stage as some seedless and rootless self-help sermons try to install with... a lack of precision.

Alright.

Core Law

In avoiding Meaning Drift of this kind, we must discriminate across multi-factorial checkpoints when we, literally "check-in" with the self.

Just because we are using the same language of our chosen life meaning and purpose, all of its symbology and what it means to us whatever analogous Philosophers Stone that emerges relative to a person's inner religion concerning and however cut back by "discernment to the bone", having the same mission, remembering all the insights and explanatory purpose for the next step. None of this proves we are in true alignment, we prove it to ourselves by truly checking into the felt signal measured against time measured performance. Even if the best of your improvement arc for your life meaning purpose is to meditate all day, checking in on where there is meaning drift can be as simple as doing thr check-list i provided three posts back.

This is a small preview of the future diagnostic depth of PROJECT : MEANING.

It is not a new stage.
It is not a standalone module.
It is not a replacement for Stage One or Stage Two.
It is not permission to skip ahead.

It is a brief mirror dialogue, a sneak peak on the road ahead for the larger map I have built.

Moreover, this pocket entry is a simple daily mirror for noticing whether meaning:

stayed alive,
nearly drifted,
drifted,
was protected,
or was corrected.

All that said and done, on the subject of check-lists concerning, I have another CheckList for you to deepen and open up reflective questions you can formulate and answer for yourself before I release a larger entry on Meaning Drift in September.

Analogous to Stage 2 concerning the internalisation of reference points to quickly scan and run through when self-reading the inner experience (that you then learn to apply to Stage One), including too when you get good at stage one, learning to activate the heart's charge during the day and how to modulate it in a healthy way following ongoing life changes, quickly map the following audit map on Meaning Drift. And, as you get good at it you will naturally spot patterns that become learning checkpoints that become self-protection against Meaning Drift, which becomes its own feedback loop with personal growth. As you spot the patterns and correct them, when you reach a higher stage of meaning alignment, those earlier undoing's no longer become a part of not just what meaning alignment truly means, but your entire personality structure. This now becomes an integral complementary role for what meaning means to personal growth overall, psyche integration to psyche integration, consciousness stage by consciousness stage. You get the point.

  • Correct: Change one behaviour, phrase, boundary, explanation or environmental condition.
  • Re-test: Later in the day, check whether the meaning is still contactable and conduct-aligned.

The point is not to overthink meaning.

The point is to stop assuming meaning stayed true simply because the language, memory and even "slogans" stayed familiar like a bad MAGA day.

A living meaning must be protected.
