Question out sunlight/snow

I saw sunlight coming into my window in the summer and I saw white glowing orbs floating around in the light. Now that snow is on the ground I was squinting at it and I see the white glowing orbs in the snow possibly from sunlight reflecting. It has nothing to do with brightness as if I look at a light in my house it does not appear and if I look at a glowing plate from light in my house it does not appear. The only place I see these orbs appear is via sunlight. I asked people at work and they said they could see it and one woman said I must have catarax but if multiple others I saw see it then it could be something else. If you look at the snow or at sunlight coming into your window and you squint and look do you see thousands of glowing orbs?

One time when I was looking at them and moving my head and they looked like 3d objects outside of my head.

 

They are very easy to see in the snow.
