Why you are not as happy as the past and dopamine fasting is the solution.

I'm not gonna project how I feel personally onto everyone but generally speaking there is a worldwide problem of less satisfaction with life in the past few years . Have you noticed that you are not as happy and joyful as usual or as intense as the past ? At aleast I am. After doing research I found that the reason is because of the luxurious lifestyle everyone are living these days in the modern world . They call it "cheap dopamine ". As soon as you open your eyes in the morning you grab your smartphone and check your social media notifications..you doom scroll all day long ..always multitasking..spending a huge time online and not outdoors engaging with real people.  These activities release dopamine in the brain ..a lot of dopamine. But your brain Is intelligent..when you give it too much dopamine it starts numbing down the dopamine receptors such that other activities like eating a healthy meal or working out or socializing don't give you that much pleasure because you require abnormal levels of dopamine now just to get you going . And everyone nowadays are addicted to something..fast food ..video games ..pornography..smoking ..gaming ..Internet..etc. the solution is to take some time (few weeks to 1 month ideally ) doing a dopamine fast. If you can..cut out Internet and smartphone completely..maybe cut out all electronics if you can..cut out sugar and fast food ..and spend most of your time doing chores and stuff that used to make you feel happy in the past like cooking a healthy meal or exercise or doing yoga etc .this will reset and reboot your brain chemistry back to normal and after you finish you can enjoy things like Internet again but with restrictions and moderation ..obviously don't fall back into the same bad habits after finishing the reboot .

"When you get very serious about truth you accept your life situation exactly as it is. So much so that you aren't childishly sitting around wishing it were otherwise. If you were confined to a wheelchair you would just accept it as how reality is. Just as you now just accept that you are not a bird who can fly."
