Tip for meditation

When you are closing your eyes there are 2 ways of sitting there. You can sit there and say I am looking at nothing ( like sleeping) or you can be actually looking for something. There is a field of energy to be seen while your eyes are closed its red so when your eyes are closed you should be actually looking. 

Lay on your stomach cup your hands over your eyes and look dont just sit there staring at nothing. You can zoom your vision far or close but try to see the field of energy not just saying nothing is there.

You can see there is an infinite moving field of energy not nothing. Keep shifting your awareness till you see something and focus on it. It will be constantly moving.

Look in the context that you are looking for an object in an Ispy book. When you close your eyes you are looking for something in the same way.

When I do DMT I found a simple way to increase the visuals is to close my eyes and push in on my eyes with my fingers. Not to the point of pain, but a certain amount of pressure on your retinal receptors stimulates them and you get a ton of visuals. This can be done while falling asleep too.
