The ritual was beautiful. I totally recommend the experience to accelerate your process of self-actualization, self-improvement, and self-love.

1) More feminine compassion towards myself.

What I need is not discipline, nor meditation, nor cold-showers. but, instead, more self-love, self-acceptance, and self-trust.

it's ok to binge.

it's ok to feel depressed.

it's ok to cancel appointments.

2) You will naturally outgrow unwanted behaviors.

When you're resisting something through will-force > Decide to DO IT! (+ bonus: consciously exaggerate)

Consciously decide to:

• Watch a lot of TV

• Eat a lot of junk food

• Be very lethargic

Etc.

The more I resist urges, eventually the more out-of-control they get. But if I simply allow myself to do what pops in my mind, BAM! The cycle completes itself.

3) For all the shy people: Simply talk bullshit things.

Just blurt words out. Don't think. Do it.

The conversation will, then, start to flow.

The beginning is always a bit rough.

Therefore, just speak even if it is stupid.
