Whenever I take into account my health issues, it never fails to amaze me how they strike my most important organs. Of course I had some mild weight surplus, but I managed to get into such an unfortunate, environmentally ingrained effects that devastated my health.

 

I was in a very mouldy apartment for 10 years, but when we moved to a luxury mansion, my lungs just didn't clear up from the disease. It was a pretty windy are a with a trashy river, but apartment price go up and rich trash people are happy to livenext to the River.

 

The wind continously got blown into my Ears, massively infecting both of them, and I got a stage III kidney failure from the infected tap water. Yeah, turned out the rich are drinking the bottled ones, but they didn't told me. 

 

Their non-disclosure has directly impacted my health, sadly.

I have given up trying to be “healthy”. My body has been in dysfunction since birth. No amount of nutritious food, habits, or medicines will change that. And that acceptance is more freeing than chasing the illusion of perfect health.
