Speaking to your organs via breathing

I see this video last night of this psychic talking about an experience I had, seeing God.

I did what she said at the end, breathe but keep my awareness on my heart as I am breathing. While I went to sleep I was focusing on it and suddenly I am in communication with my heart. I have a dream that took me back to that time where I experienced this heartbreak and I was leaving in a way that I had left in real life.  When I was on a bus going to the airport all my teeth started falling out. Hundreds of teeth were falling out of my mouth it was filling up the bus seat in front of me I just kept putting my fingers in my mouth and pulling more teeth out. This is a representation of not breathing or talking from my heart for a long time.

This technique works very fast and maybe some people would like to try it. Just breathing with awareness on your heart or any other organ while going to sleep. You will have a dream about what that organ is feeling.

I once healed my arm overnight that wouldn't heal for many months by breathing and communicating with my cells in deep meditation before sleep. Next day i had no more pain or issues, I never forget that experience. At the end of the day, everything is consciousness, so if you can put enough focus, and love, intensity, trust and knowingness in any aspect of self, you awaken and enliven it or life into that aspect or form.

I got the notion once on mushrooms to sing to my wounds, this has helped me tremendously.
