Affordable Retreat Centres in Europe - Any recommendations?

ideally, i'd like to find an affordable place to go in January next year.

a Vipassana retreat might be a bit too hardcore, but perhaps someone can recommend a retreat that's a bit more accessible? could also be fitness or yoga related.
