supplements, plants are anti-health, raw meat is our natural diet.

6 posts in this topic

Guys, I've been down in a rabbit hole of the Raw Primal diet and I think this the solution to a majority of health problems caused by man made societies/Stage blue-stage green values.

I struggled with depression, body dysmorphia, and binge eating disorder for so long and I realized thats due to not following my proper diet which I believe is raw meat. I believe I was malnourished all my life since my face didn't develop properly.

I think the spiral makes us think that eating animals is bad due to stage green animal rights values but the truth is that human beings thrive on eating raw meat. I think this is a stage yellow/turquoise idea since it takes into account natural hierarchies. This is a good video to explain some of what I mean but I will update later on as I keep eating raw meat, blood and organs and have more personal evidence that this is making me not just healthy, but optimally so. I mean if you think about the massai tribe or like the inuit, they are in perfect health with their straight teeth, good bones and clear skin. These stage purple humans live naturally and are the closest to nature. It makes sense that humans thrive off of eating raw meat seeing thats what we would've had access to in the wild.

From what I currently understand, supplements are anti health because they are all fake and made from waste products. If you need to supplement, thats a sign you aren't eating the proper foods in the first place. Plants, especially vegetables are not found in nature, most of them have been cultivated to become just less damaging to our bodies. There is a reason why most people hate eating them and thats because they are toxic. Fruits are alright in season and eaten out in the sun, but most have also been selectively bred to be extremely sugary and sweet. All plants are sprayed with pesticides which is an antibiotic which kills good bacteria in our gut. The reason you are bloated all the time is because you're eating something thats not supposed to be in your body. Salt kills cells in the body and most water dehydrates you since there is no minerals in it. Cooked meat is fine its just not as optimal because cooking destroys water soluble nutrients and dehydrates the meat.

This video is well worth the watch to explain what I mean in greater detail. I hope y'all are openminded enough for it. I figured I share this as a thanks for Leo's content literally changing my life and I hope to do the same with this.

@centacdogma I have the same age that you and also flirted with ed; i must know most of nutrition trends and their guru. Now I consume what I want, including beer sometimes and more rarely tobacco lol.

Don't follow Sv3rige; he's a cynical lunatic beggar who is wanted by Interpol for attempted murder; he doesn't have your interests at heart his goal is to make money and be famous; Regardless of the question of the relevance of his regime.

A carnivore diet is like a vegan diet, maybe even worse; diets in general are motivated by self-loathing; they're stressful, cumbersome, and even pointless because deep down you know your body/metabolism isn't made of sugar and that a random minimally balanced diet will do the trick.

We're really caught in this neurotic belief that if I do things "right," then something good will happen to me. I'll become more desirable, or I'll develop some magical power.

And what's behind that is, "I don't want to go after what I lack because I'm not good enough."

@Schizophonia I mean this literally cured my eating disorder, I doubt I'll stop anytime soon unless an issue arises. I don't plan on ever drinking beer, eating processed foods, nor eating sugar ever in my life anymore, I just don't see the point.

Also Sv3rige isn't making much money nor is that famous lol, like if you look at his content, he's doesn't really sell anything other than more content that he can't post on Youtube. Like when you actually watch his videos its quite obvious that he's not in just for the money, his channel literally has never been monetized. Other people sell supplements and whatnot, he just says to listen to your body and observe nature basically. I haven't looked into the attempted murder case but I will ofc.

I agree that diets are unnatural and originally motivated by self loathing because you know that what you're doing isn't working. The only reason they don't work is because they are all manmade. Vegan diets are 100% worse, they don't have over 15 nutrients that can only be found in meat.

To me this diet is the only thing that has transcended the moralism you speak of. The if I do things "right" bit. To me this diet isn't restrictive at all I just eat all the meat I want and if I want fruit I'll eat it once in a while in the sun. I don't exercise or stress my body out and I'm at my lowest weight ever and happier because of it.

I appreciate the concern and warning though and will look more into his history rather than blindly follow him, but I do think that outright calling him a cynical lunatic beggar is a judgement and demonization that doesn't leave room openmindedness and uncovering the truth.

What does that mean.
If I say that stopping cycling eliminated my fear of cycling, technically that's true, but it didn't solve the underlying problem.

If adhering to a dietary dogma does indeed eliminate anxiety, can we say that you have been cured.

Well it all depends on what we put in "eating disorder" eheh, but given how strange this diet is and your past, and what I've learned from mine, I intuitively put it in eating disorder, in this case.

Pleasure 😏 And commodity.

Because that's what we want in life; we want to have fun.

There are a lot of good dishes, by extension of social situations, that you will deprive yourself of because strange people have told you it's bad; because you're afraid of gaining weight, getting pimples, getting old, or whatever; that's what I mean by eating disorder.

When you see your mirrors talking about raw carnivore diets, you can clearly see that these are strange persons damaged by life, who have OCD and/or autism, who have a mental retardation etc; you see deep down that there is something strange.

Oh he makes a lot of money with his Telegram channel.

Look at her number of subscribers and the price, and do the math.

Indeed, for some reason, his channel wasn't monetized, but he regularly made fundraising appeals and lived on welfare in Germany.
Initially, he was supported by a wealthy, autistic elderly woman, and after their separation, he made his first video asking for donations.

I'm not vegan at all, by the way.

Eheh, I didn't mention morality.

Eating raw meat alone is restrictive.

And what interests me most is the mindset that leads to it.

The guys in the end just looksmaxxed lol; gained weight and hit the gym.

Sometimes they get fewer pimples because well it's a hypoallergenic diet.

People who lack protein and calories during growth will grow poorly, yeah, but it's not about raw meat. You have vegans that grow up very well, even though once again I am not pro-vegan, and you have omnivores that are not attractive and/or small.

Lol that guy on the video is a complete mental case. After he switched to a raw meat diet he started making videos and attacking every single video who eats or believes in other ways of living and eating. He actually used to be a smart and intelligent person but really messed up his brain thinking with that raw animal stuff... like we are not designed for animals alone that's why we have to cook it or well... you end up like him, psychopathic and mentally ill. He ticks all the disorder boxes. Be careful guys, long term you will regret it. Otherwise you wouldn't have to attack everyone who lives and eats otherwise. A clear sign right there.

I am but a reflection... a mirror... of you... of me... in a cosmic dance of separative... unity...
