Garland pose while alternate nostril breathing

I didnt really like sitting and alternate nostril breathing, and have mild annoying consistent back pain. I tried doing it while in the garland pose and I can feel instant benefit while doing it this way. If you have lower back pain maybe try this. 10-garland-pose.jpg

 


Sometimes it's the journey itself that teaches/ A lot about the destination not aware of/No matter how far/
How you go/How long it may last/Venture life, burn your dread
