Limitations of Non Dualism

I’m finding that in my contemplations, the question is steal unclear:

1. What do non dual teachers get right and what do they get wrong?
2. How does non duality square with notions/definitions of Enlightenment & God Realization?
3. Can non duality be held as an ideology or a dogma? If so, how does it look and how is it different from direct conscious of the Unity of Existence/Mind?
4. Why are certain non dualist opposed to make distinctions between lower / higher states of consciousness?

Just a few- have it if you have thoughts or have contemplated such questions yourself.
