Circling

I heard Angelo Di Lullo talk about circling.

As a kind of modality for some type of emotion or shadow work i guess.

I wondered what it looked like and somehow this video popped up.

It seems quite interesting actually like a mix of therapy and spiritual work.

Anywho maybe it’s interesting for someone or nobody.

They went quite deep in the session.
