Thougth experiment two presidents two cards

This was made by a Instagramer called TheDarkLeft. A bit o comedy but some serious questions 

So the ideia is: Two PresidentS two cards, if you voted Red you get a Red card and if you voted Blue you got a blue card. Bit this card is your life for 4 years and it will allow you acess to the exact rigths and services that the policies alligned with the card allow you. 

He give some examples. For example if you need an abortion you cant have it if you hold a red card. So in summa you get exactly what you voted for.

So the thought experiment is: what would be the best card to hold? What would be the contradictions and unexpected consequentes of holding one card or another?
