How to make money off public speaking?

Public speaking.

I want to make a coaching career based on this, but not on the internet, in real life, with real life people listening.

Any advice?

Create a video portfolio of amazing inspiring speeches that deliver a powerful message/story, and then coach people on how to deliver their message/story. Start a paid meetup group, eventbrite event, run workshops etc.

The simplest way is to sell a product/service that you believe in related to that and use your public speaking as marketing.
