We’ve all seen it at some point. A customer at some restaurant or store has a complaint and wants to speak with the person in charge because they aren’t satisfied with the product or service they’ve received. And maybe at some point we have been the one who is complaining. The customer experience isn’t great all the time.

This is a good analogy for life. Life is the place of business where everything happens. All of us are customers or employees, depending on the context. But who’s in charge? The point of spirituality is to realize it’s you. Not your egoic identity. You are the one in charge and are LARPing as an employee or customer. And sometimes, things happen that we don’t like as the employee or customer. Life isn’t always ideal, and has no obligation to fulfill your wishes. But life is always perfect.
