Leo’s brief entry into his blog about psychopathic stage orange CEO’s reminded me of a recent study I encountered. I’m absolutely the least qualified to have an informed opinion on this matter, but the experiments described by Ralph Losey I found to be very interesting and encouraging. There seems to be hope for a appellate court system that would move at a much quicker pace eliminating back logs and with what seems like a very ethical oversight.
