My subconscious mind training journey

I commit to training my subconscious mind. The goal is to create the foundation for a fearless life and creating abundance of wealth for myself. To be confident enough to start my own business and break free from wage slavery. To prove to myself that I can overcome my self imposed limiting beliefs through subconscious training

My plan 

21 days of self hypnosis

21 days of day time affirmations and visualizations audios with focus

21 days of journaling ,the journaling will be every night on how the theme of programming will be implemented in my life the next day.

The topic of training will change every 21 days 

All the efforts will be directed towards one topic only.

The topics will be as follows it will be a 21 days cycle 

 

1. Self esteem 

2.Unlimited Confidence 

3. Unlimited Motivation 

4. Overcoming fear of failure 

5. Overcoming fear of success

6. Sales Mastery 

7. Abundance 

8. Wealth 

9. Creativity 

10. Mental health

One week of good progress, hypnosis in the night and day time affirmations in the morning.

Concentrating on the content as much as I can.

Supplementing it with meditation and kriya yoga daily and shamanic breathing once a week also adding the forgiveness meditation once a week.

Going through psyco cybernetics concepts in audible and making notes of it too.

Journalling my next day activities at night like how my perfect day would look like

Consistent in doing affirmations and hypnosis of self esteem.

Just 6 days away for change of topic.

However I guess homeostasis has kicked in I'm really sick since last couple of days, down with cold and fever.. but I don't stop the affirmation or hypnosis, I wonder if this is actually homeostasis or I have a week immunity.

It's doesn't matter because I'll be working on both anyways.

Meditation and kriya are going on side by side.. just 20 min a day since 60 days must have missed a day or so but I guess there are some subtle positive changes in my attitude and behaviour..

Also reading books/audible daily again.. 

I want all these habits to stick.

I have successfully listened to self esteem affirmation daily in the day for 25 min and 90 min of hypnosis at night for 21 days.

But I'm feeling something kind of internal resistance since last two days.

Have completed the audio book on psyco cybernetics too and will be applying the principles.

I have learnt that subconscious training has to be carried out throught my life just like meditation or building muscles. 

Need to improve my concentration and focus as I focus on each and everything I do in life. 

Life purpose is a must now as it connects all the dots that lead to happiness.

The next topic for the subconscious training is self confidence. One of the most important topics in my life.

The antidote to fear.
