1.25 gram mushroom trip

Yesterday I did a mushroom trip of 1.25 grams. Had an unexpected experience as I've only done 1 trip of 1 gram which was a pleasant experience for a first timer.

 

So I had my trip began around 8pm last night until 2am in this morning. I had the usual yawn phase where the mushroom begins the preparation and then from there leads to the trip. I got pass the yawning phase and when the trip started to begin it comes in waves to my mind/brain in which I fought it off the entire time. I was simply too afraid to what was going to happen. But despite of my fear, I did have a lot of imagery of viewing different people's death and their agony filled with violent and gore. Then from there I had my experience of the wrong doings which I wasn't too proud of. 

In between viewing people's death and my wrongdoings I also notice my mind which completely whiteout but I came back very quickly, either I had a strong imagery what would happen if I fully surrender to the experience (made up in my mind) or it actually happen...not sure exactly which one. But my question is if I had surrender to the strong physical wave to my mind/brain...would I have experience an ego death? I look forward to you guys' responses. Sorry for now going into exact lengthy details like some people do when they share their trips.

Before taking the mushrooms, spend an hour being still, opening your heart. Think about everyone you love, and forgive anyone who has ever hurt you. Forgive yourself for any wrong doings, think about how precious life is and how miraculous life is. 

Take the mushrooms on a light stomach, turn of and dim the lights, take of your clothes, and feel your body. Do some stretches and feel loose, loosen your muscles and fall in love with your body. Allow yourself to fully surrender to the experience, trust in yourself, let it come, let it go, don't hold on to anything, it all passes, all flows. ❤️
